Q: Why does it cost that amount to tow my car?
Towing rates are based on a cost including insuring customer's vehicles (full coverage), running cost of the trucks, equipment and staff
Q: Do you charge for storage?
Yes - The fee is $30.80 per day after the vehicle has been towed in to the Holding Yard
Q: When can I pick up my vehicle?
We can arrange for you to pick up your vehicle at anytime, 24 hours 7 days
Q: Can you tow motor-homes?
Yes - We tow motor-homes, trailers and anything that can fit on our towing tray
Q: Do you take credit cards?
Yes - We accept Visa and Mastercard
Q: Do you have heavy duty off road recovery?
Yes - We can pull, flip and salvage all vehicles and trucks
Q: Do you tow long distance?
Yes - Please contact us for specific locations and to obtain a quote
Q: Do you perform accident recoveries state wide?
Yes - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Q: Are your drivers certified?
Yes - Certified with the NSW TTA
Q: Is your vehicle impound lot secured?
Yes - Secured with CCTV cameras and flood-lights
